It sounds like you are already starting out doing a great job. For some reason I can't see the pic, not sure if it is my computer or if it didn't load on the page. Would love to help with any questions. We don't have any young amazons in right now, our youngest is 15 and the oldest is 32 and we are about to get several more in sometime next week.
