I think it is the manager. Some of the stores will work with rescues. If you can work with them, that is a positive. The petstores that do not sell animals are easier to work with here.

I have problems with Petsmart. We sent our 501C3 paperwork in and they won't even acknowledge it. They just ignore the reptile and bird rescues. It is ashame since a few local mangers would like to have us.
