Hey Nick:
They used to bring in several species from Madagascar a few years back. You don't see them as much anymore but a good place to check is California Reptile Company. I've dealt with them and they're good people. If anyone has them they will. You ought to try some of the African ones. Many Gerrhosaurids are quite content under controlled conditions and fare quite well.
