Thanks Ginevive. I got a call from the vet last night. He's been going to the clinic every night at midnight and searching for Monty. (No one at the clinic had told me this). This is why he's been my vet for 30 years...he's not only very knowledgable, but he cares a lot. The tech that let Monty escape was such a ditz. She had "taped" the opening of that incubator with a 2 inch piece of scotch tape. Duh!

Thanks again for being so sweet. I'm gonna stay hopeful. I'm so sorry about what happened to your pet. That's just heart wrenching!
