Normally it is suggested that you not put more than one male in an enclosure however I currently maintain a group of 3 males and one female Sceloporus Occidentalis in the same enclosure with no ill affects. My enclosure is not even as big as yours so I would not worry about it. Also is it noteworthy that my individuals are actively breeding and I have not observed any aggressive behavior
