Anybody know what the turtle on the right is in the picture not the two red eared sliders...that is of course unless it is an oddly colored one. I thought it was a Texas River Cooter from the shell color but the head doesn't match up with the description of them.

The turt on the right is a red-eared slider as well. It is an older male individual. As sliders increase in age they tend to lose much of the vibrant colors they had while younger, making them much more drab in appearance as this individual is. Many, especially males, develop an increased amount of melanistic pigment.
