Hi I was wondering if you could tell me some other names this lizard is known by, I was told she's a pink bellied swift but cannot find any info
any help would be great thanks

She is a Sceloporus variabilis.

I'm not sure, as I haven't kept this species. I've kept many Sceloporus species, but these generally arent' available where I live.
