It is very likely (Mauremys caspica caspica) a Caspian Pond turtle. It is very beautiful. Thank you for sharing the picture. There are several species of Mauremys, and I am not very familiar with them. So, I hope that someone with more experience in this region gives their opinion.

I would agree with Kensopher that it is a Caspian Pond turtle. If you found it in Israel it is most likely the Western Caspian Pond Turtle, Mauremys caspica rivulata.
