Hi, there are alot of fine zoos and exhibits around the country. The Amphibianville exhibit at the Detroit Zoo has a dedicated building that houses many species including a few japanese salamanders. Reptileland in Pa, has nice collections and hosts traveling reptile exhibits that are currently touring around the US at Natural History Museums.
The San Diego Zoo has a nice selection of iguanas, tortoises and some frogs. The Baltimore Aquarium also has some dart frogs, but I believe they are currently redoing their exhibit. The Staten Island Zoo in NYC also has a dedicated reptile house, but it is currently undergoing renovation. Just about any zoo will have some reptiles and amphibians in their collections, just check the websites of the ones nearest you.
