B. annulata photos

I was cleaning cages a couple days ago and decided to snap some new photos. You might remember me posting some pictures of this guy trying to figure out what was going on with his gastrointestinal tract late last year. Well, things seem to have settled down, though he still has an occasional regurge. He's putting on size now though, so that's a good sign. He's actually quite docile and very easy to manipulate when needed and rarely ever displays his hood. Actually, I was surprised he did so when taking these photos. Hopefully he'll stay that way as he gets closer to adulthood, considering the size these snakes can reportedly reach. I hope to get a baby female to raise a little later this year. Anyway, enjoy the photos.

One of the nicest cobra species!! Very cool Chance

BTW....Just read a paper that SA Poly works very well on this species.....so it's no longer a wild card on which A/V to use if you need it.
