Well, I believe most of the species within the genus Tropidophis are smaller? Not heard much about Tropidophis greenwayi.

Yes, of course they're all small, but greenwayi are believed to be the smallest boa in the world.

Excellent links, by the way. Thank you. I'd found the Reptilia one before, but that PDF was great!

Any idea on who might be breeding or importing these guys?

I had found a website with a table showing # of breeders of each species by the year...it was updated to 2006 and greenwayi was said to not be available....unsure of how much the table can be trusted.

Personally I have only ever seen Tropidophis h. haetianus available.

I work with.
Tropidophis H. haetianus and tropidophis melanurus.
Eanything you would like to know.
You could have a look at this forum morelipythons.com under boas there is a tred called Trachyboa where there is a tread about these snakes. Also pictures off my animals.
