help? wounded frog?

ok i have an ausralian tree frog. today i noticed that he was limping around and i took a closer look at his leg and notice that he has an open wound in the crease behind his knee and i dont know what i can do. now i dont if it is a cut or a sore, cant tell. but i dont know what i can do till tommorow until the vet is in. if the vet is even in for memorial day. any suggestions?

You can apply some Neosporin/Polysporin (without pain killer) to the wound. Id move him to a clean quarantine to help eliminate infection.
