No not a good idea. Frogs exude toxins that can harm other species. Hermits need a sand substrate and that wouldn't work for frogs. Turtles will eat the frogs, lizards may eat them too, then the turtles may eat the lizards.
These animals are going to require different temps, humidity, diet, then there's the huge problem of them passing disease to one another.
What is normal flora for one species can be deadly to another species. There would be a lot of emotional stress on the animals who'd each need to defend it's territory.
It's best to keep all these animals in different enclosures. I have all of these, frog, lizard, turtles, hermit crabs, each species lives in it's own enclosure.

Turtles love to try and eat frogs. When I first had a turtle like 14yrs ago I put 2 frogs in with him. All I heard all night was the turtle chasing the frogs around the tank. It was not good. And I think my turtles would eat all of the above listed, also don't think it would be good for them to do so.

Not recommended. Two many different requirements and too many animals that will make lunch out of eachother. Also, the space you would need to create such an environment sucessfully and the research involved to find suitable species all native to the same area would be a nearly impossible task.

So No -- don't attempt it.

I've even had a box turtle eat a frog that was put in it's cage. And I know from experience that garter snakes will go nuts over lizards. I think a lizard might last about 30 seconds in a tank with a decent-sized garter.
