Hey all. Quick question: My female Mid-Baja yearling has just refused her 3rd meal in a row, which is quite odd for her. She shed 1 month ago, ate right after that, and went off feed the next week. Is this common behavior?

Temps - 80 cool side, 92 basking during day. 5-10 degree drop at night.

Humidity - Around 20% daytime, 40% at night.

What size food are you offering? I've occaisionally had rosys who had been taking mice decide they only want fuzzys or small hoppers (try downsizing). Sometimes mixing things up and trying a rat pup instead will get them eating or offering live rather than frozen thawed.

She's on f/t fuzzy mice right now. She will not eat if I don't sit there and dangle it in front of her. I am hesitant to go back to live. Took me forever just to get to this point.

Sometimes its not as hard to get them back on frozen thawed after they've accepted it a few times. When some of my snakes that normally feed on pre-killed or frozen thawed go on abnormally long fasts, I'll feed them a meal or two live to break the fast and then switch them back to frozen thawed.
