I just got a hexagon tank, its around 40 gallons, about 3 feet tall and 2 feet wide. Is that big enough for a water dragon? If not, I plan on getting a baby, how long before I have to get a bigger tank and how big should I get?Thanks

That is sufficient only for like the fist month after hatching.
I would not use it anyhow...
