What kind of HL?

Hello Here is my recent addition. I've had him about 3 weeks now, he's really cool and puts up with being handled, but rarely is bc i know he doesn't really like it and I don't like to stress my reptiles out. Anyways, I bought him at a pet shop that said ...."He will be prefectly fine on crickets and has been eating them so far" Well I bought him and a dozen pin heads and when I got him home also ordered 500 harvester ants. He never ate any crickets that I gave him but once those ants came in (about 3 days later)i dropped 5 in and he tore them up and them i fed him a dozen more and he also chowed down on them. So, now he eats a couple dozen of them a day and seems fairly happy.

Looks like a female platyrhinos ( Desert Horned Lizard ). A better pic showing more body area would be better. Like overhead and underneath view.

You need to feed her more harvester ants though. More like 50-100 daily or more if she will eat them. They need a whole bunch of ants.

I didn't realize they ate that many in a day, I will definitely try to feed her more (as much as she'll take anyways)

Where at (state) did you get him? Have you had horned lizards before? I have always wanted one (I have had uromastyx lizards for years) and grew up around Texas Horned lizards, in fact, I caught a baby today but promptly let him go. They are endangered and it is illegal here and in Oklahoma and NM to keep them.
