I am travelling to Africa at the end of this year/start of 2008 to find reptiles.
I have some tentative dates made for travel.
20th-25th Dec in joburg
25th Dec-3rd Jan Port Alfred with family
3rd Jan - 1st March Kasane, Botswana
A friend who studies zoology with me and who is from Zambia will be travelling back to his home in Lusaka sometime in March. So i am considering staying an extra month and in March-April driving to Uganda.
We are planning a drive from Lusaka, through Tanzania and into Uganda...does anyone have any experience in that zambia-tanzania-uganda region that you might be able to offer us? I'm especially eager to hear about uganda.
