Which cali king gets bigger: male or female? No difference?

Are they nocturnal or diurnal?

Sounds really stupid, but I've searched care sheets and the forums and have come up empty.

Its really a toss up on both questions I have found with the kings I keep and breed, that males get bigger and they are more active at nite.
