The female finally shed.. I took alot of photos(When don't I) so i'll break it up into two posts, male and female.

First is the male. He's not too cooperative so I had my boyfriend snap some photos of me holding him. Couldn't get too many good ones of him on the ground. Second he's down he's off like a shot.

And for good size refernence..

She's much more layed back, so was able to get some better photos of her. Poor thing had 2 layers of stuck shed on her, had to get it off her tail myself.

Good looking snakes. I ended up getting the other male from that lady. He was the only one she had left. I would have liked to pick up a pair as well, but I guess I'll just hope to find a female someday.

My guy is pretty mellow. He seems to be adapting to his new home pretty well. I haven't really messed with him to much. I have noticed he is very attentive. I always catch him eyeing me when I'm in the room. Really neat snake. Good luck with your pair.

Incredible snake! Are they greenish? I didn't realize that before. I would love to have those one day, where did you get yours from?

Yeah they're an olive/pine green color.. They hatch out kind of a cream base with brown saddles though. I picked the pair up at a show. They're captive hatched and captive raised, 6 years old. Some hobbyist down in oregon raised them. She had 2.2 that she raised up. I guess both pairs bred last year. First female died from egg binding, the female I bought layed infertiles. Probably all due to the fact that she kept them WAY too warm(high 80s), kept them all together, and never cycled/cooled them.

That will do it.

I hope you have more luck with them, we need to start seeing those around more often!
