What type of Uromastyx

I was told that this was a Mali Uromastyx but I wanted to make sure. I believe he might be around one years old. He is about six-seven inches long. Does he look healthy?

It could be either a Mali or a Nigerian, I'm not sure the "plain" non-colored ones look similar. But it does look healthy. Best way to tell is if the legs look muscular, and if the belly from the side looks slightly plump.
