Please Help ID this Texas frog/toad

i found a small, inch long frog, in Harris county. Near a decent sized lake. there were HUNDREDS of them. sorry, i dont have a pic. It is brown with some spots (2-3) on the back, white belly, brown legs. 3 toes on front legs and i think 6 on the back legs. i think it might be a bull-frog, or some leopard frog.

also, the little guy has orange "warts" (maybe 10-12) and blackish/DARK DARK brown spots on his legs.
