As a small part of a varied diet, sure.

Russians eat broad-leafed greens, flowers and sometimes a little grass. Try dandelions, clover, plantain (yard weed, not the banana), and from the grocery store use endive, collards, and dark-leafed lettuces.

A small amount of squash, carrots, broccoli, apple can be included. Make it about 95% or more weeds, greens and flowers (including hibiscus and clover flowers), and 5% or less can be chopped vegetables like carrots, squash, etc.

Don't forget calcium/d3 supplements.
