San Felipe vs Bay of LA Identification

I was wondering if anyone could provide identification characteristic differences between San Felipe and Bay of LA rosies. I have an adult male with of unknown local origin. Pictures of the two loactions look the same to me.

Felipes, generally have thinner brighter stripes than Bahia de La. The stripes are often more of an orange colour on a yellowigh background.
Bay of La's are typically not as bright and have chesnut to brick red coloured stripes on a muddier often tan back ground, but all of these things are generalizations. Selective breeding has resulted in beautiful bright specimens of both locales. San Matias and San Felipes can also be very hard to tell apart.

I have the same problem! I was told that since the locality info is lost it is really no way to clearly classify it. Here is my 5 year old male:
