Question about a Gaboon Viper

I am just slightly curious at this point in getting a Gaboon. For any Gaboon keepers out there... do you stock your own antivenom? If so how much does it typically cost for a safe supply? Thanks!

Do you have a zoological institution nearby? If so, do they carry Bitis on display there.. if they do then they likely will keep an antivenin stock at the nearest hospital. I work with Bitis arietans and gabonica, and no I don't have antivenin here. Good luck to you
