Rosy not eating. . . Hibernation?

My rost stopped eating a week and a half ago and i cant get her to eat, live or dead. She killed a mouse and left it lay.. . What should i do? i know they hibernate but im dangling the mouse infront of the snake and the snake just runs away from the mouse!!

If it is indeed hibernating should i stop supplying it with heat? Also, should i stop handling it durring its hibernation?
