Is the Fantasy frog the most colorful of the bunch ,think smallest to ?

While I dont know much about frogs in general, I was able to find a little information on the Fantasy Frog you speak of. Fantasy frogs are, in fact, a hybrid of the Cranwells (Argentenian?) Horned frog and another frog from the same habitat. There are pictures of this frog listed here: http://markmlucas.com/Amphibgallery frogs.htm

Along with the albino "cranwells horned frog", of which I apparently own.

Unfortunately, I cant find any other information on the hybrid aside from those highly-coveted pictures.

Thanks for the link. I have a feeling each frog differs and it depends on the frog as have seen some spectacular Cranwell frogs to .

I saw a real colorful Fantasy frog at petstore went back next day and it was sold . Guy can order another but will probably wait till reptile show to see how it looks first.

the fantasy frog, a hybrid of C. cranwelli and C. cornuta, is in my opinion the best looking horned frog, because it retains the large horns and beautiful coloration of C. cornuta, while keeping the large appetite and roundness of C. cranwelli. they are not the smallest of the horned frogs, they reach about the same size as C. cranwelli.

Thanks for the info . I thought they were small but turns out not so. Which is fine but the color I did want.
I am going to reptile show in next 2 weeks which has atleast one seller with them. Hope to get one.
