I had to moce to a new house, the basilisk tank looks good again. Plants have nicely grown, feeder fish are plenty and everything is well again.
Time, to show off that tank. Its a mixed species tank which holds besides the basilisks tokays, a single green eyed gecko, rokoko toads, giant hermit crabs, mangrove crabs ans lot sof fish and shrimps. It holds a bit more than 1100 gallon:

hope you enjoy the pics

Incredible.... you win.

I've always wanted to do that, but I fear my dragons will just kill all the plants.

Just give it a try. My basilisks for sure are not much more light weight than WDs and maybe they are even more agile. Also I know of several similarily dense planted WD tanks in german households and zoos.

Best regards

Stunning! What a beautiful way to enjoy your pets, beautify your home and relax at meal times. I'm sure that tank is the main topic of discussion for all of your guests. Merry Christmas! Glad you are settled in your new home. Diane

Yes, guests tend to love it. But because the non reptile enthusiasts often do not detect the herps, they pay more attention to the aquarium and the parrots living in the same room.
Downstairs I have a few similar tanks...but not that big.

Merry Christmas!

Ingo
