Here is another... I have changed his bedding from what he was in when I acquired him. I think I read somewhere that the wood shavings are not good. He currently has this stuff that comes in a hard brick and you soak it in water to make it soft... so it holds water well.

Hope you can tell what kind he is...

Loves that Bologna...

Thanks for looking...

Hey listen that Bologna is no good for your tegu you should be feeding whole prey items like frozen mice,f/t chickenpeeps, roaches, groung turkey once in a while with vitamins dusted on it,fruit, veggies stuff like that.He will live a lot better life.
Hi there! Congrats on your new tegu! It is a columbian B/W.
I would also advise not to feed bologna; try ground turkey pieces, chicken, etc. For a baby tegu, also mealworms and crickets are good for their young digestive tracks. Processed food such as bologna (processed lunch meats) are not healthy for us, thus. They contain high levels of sodium, preservatives, and chemicals in general.
Good luck with the new addtion!
