Ok i just got an albino pacman frog about 3 inches long/wide lastnight and i am not sure about the heating. I bought a FLUKER’S REPTA-LIGHTING SYSTEM FOR INCANDESCENT BULBS OR CERMAIC HEAT EMITTERS. And this lady employee at petsmart told me to also get a, Sun Glo Neodymium Daylight lamp(15watts), so i did. I am not sure if i have the right type of lamp or bulb becuase it doesnt really seem to make a difference on my thermastat (70-72 degrees). Or maybe i need higher wattage then then the 15W bulb i have. Me and my mom are gonna return the bulb and get a somthing different but i dont know which Wattage power to get. I might just go ahead and get a heat mat or are they not good for pacman frogs? Somebody plz help me out, im new to pacmans....

nothing wrong with heatpads at all, if you are that scared but it on the side or back of the tank since your just trying to warm up the tank. you dont need lights or heat lamps in fact those just dry it out, and the frog likes warm humid conditions.
