A real grumpy pants

willydog1 Oct 13, 2006 08:40 AM

Starting yesterday, my otherwise very gentle 8month old female veiled chameleon has become very aggressive. She hisses every time I put my hand near her and tries to bite. Could this be a phase, or should I be concerned? is there something I can do to correct this?

Thanks
Dave

Its likely just that she's becoming sexually mature. Some of them will allow you to handle them and others just get/stay grumpy.
