Do gold dust day gecko's need UV light?

I've seen some conflicting information- some say yes, some say no it's not needed...

Any help appreciated... Thanks

I do beleive other kinds of day geckos do require full spectrum lighting (ie UVB light). As you obviously did some research and found the conflicting info, I suggest using a UVB light anyway, especially if you have live plants in the cage. If it doesn't benefit the gecko, it certainly will benefit the plants.
