Housing diff. specie gecko

kyle4193 Oct 12, 2006 07:45 AM

I currently have a 8 month old female leopard gecko. I want to know if i can house another gecko of a different species with it of the same size. Preferably a tokay gecko. I am aware if possible that it would have to be another female of the same size.

I don't think it would be a good idea to house your Leo with a Tokay. Tokays are an agressive species. I would think maybe a Golden would work okay though. Usually it isn;t advisable, but I have White-line with Golden and they get along okay. Just make sure you have a big enough tank and hides for both.
