helena and radiata

nydon Jan 22, 2007 07:25 AM

here are a couple of my new babies. An albino radiated rat and two trinkets.`The first trinket is a high yellow and the second is a normal. Like i said, i do not see that much difference but it may be based on the parents and the high yellow may come out as they mature. Guess we will just wait and see. Thanks for looking,
Don

Very nice little snakes, It would be very interesting to see how the high yellow trinket turns out, both of them for that matter.

I must say this forum is great, I'm pretty new to Asian reptiles, as a whole, I did keep, some before I came here, but never, went past
learning about, the reptiles I had avalible to me or in my own collection. You guys are giving me a window to a whole new world.

On the contrary, Shane and Don and you are the ones who have livened up this forum. Otherwise it's been kind of quiet. It's good to have fresh blood and voices from farther afield.

Nice pattern on that first snake and I think I can distinguish the lighter coloring on the posterior compared to the second. It should be interesting to see how the color develops.

Thanks for posting them.

Don, nice ones. I especially like the first helena because it has great contrast. Maybe that's why they called it high yellow. I like helena better than radiata because radiata gets so big. I tend to keep smaller snakes.

Thanks...Terry
