This is an Elaphe obsoleta (or whatever the new genus is). I looks like a cross between a gray ratsnake and a yellow ratsnake. I have produced this cross and yours looks just like mine.
That snake was posted on the other ratsnake forum,....and that's exactly what I told him it was also. A grey/yellow intergrade.......be it man-made, or natural.
Some detailed belly shots were also included, and there's really nothing else it can be!.......it's very evident to me.
