Not sure how many people try giving their dragons nightcrawlers but I had some from my little horned dragon and figured I'd try giving one to the water dragons...

You'd'a thought it was lizard candy!

Just thought I'd share that Not a whole lot of variety to be had around here as far as lizard food so it was exciting to find something different for them to eat!

I bought some for my aussie water dragons.. lol they looked at them like.. you expect us to eat that?? LOL I ended up putting them in my yard. Maybe mine aren't old enough to appreciate those yet.. I will try them when they get a bit bigger. I am so glad yours like them.. its hard to find additional/variety to add to the diets.

I fed them to our one waterdragon a few times, she liked them, but we stopped feeding them because she was getting "chapped lips" The slime from the nightcrawlers was getting on her face and drying and it just wasnt pleasing for her as she would scratch at her face alot and stuff, which of course is normal while bathing, but it was a little excessive. Now if we feed worms, they are just regular earthworms, which dont carry alot of slime like nightcrawlers
