Hibernation- Help!

My two Russians dug themselves in on the 2nd of November. We are in Southern California and it's been pretty cold.
Today the female came out and is basking.
I soaked her for a while- but what else should I do? It's in the 50's overnight- does she need a heat lamp? They are in an outdoors enclosure.
