Tank size for frilled dragons

jxjaxj Feb 09, 2007 08:25 AM

I have a 75 gallon tank (48in x 18in x 20in). Is that big enough to house one adult frilled dragon? Thanks.

that depends

ive heard the minimum tank size for a frille is 100 galls. i think it should be larger. if your tank is a 75 "tall" it may be large enough for a female, which is smaller than a male. I would stick with a custom built cage, and rember, vertical space.

I am working on having an enclosure built. I am thinking of 6ft tall by 4 ft wide and 20/24 inches deep. I am not sure what sex my frilled is yet, so I want to make the enclosure a size that can go either way. I hope this helps..
