How common are the following species in the US?

T. macrops
T. erythrurus
T. stejnegeri
T. gumprechti
T. vogeli

I have seen Macrops & Stejnegeri available sometimes. I don't recall ever seeing the other species offered for sale or even displayed at a zoo, There may be some, somewhere.
