i have found Callophis melanurus during my treks,
It is quiet a rare sneck and very little study is conducted about it.
I was unable to catch it as it fled, but i like to sow u the photograph i took.

Very cool post. I love seeing finds from other parts of the world (than North America), so please keep posting the little snakes you find in South Asia. Of course I'm a big Oligodon fan, so I'd especially appreciate your posting any of those that you find.
