I was wondering if anyone can tell me the size that a redfoot needs to be to breed. I know it can take up to 10 years for them to reach sexual maturity, males possibly sooner. Is there any age to size ratio to use as a standard? Would 8" classify a male "big enough?" Thanks!

I don't know if size alone is an adequate measurement. My redfoots are just under 2 years old and 6 inches already so I can imagine an 8 inch male could be as young as 3 years old? Tom
