Cloudy day pics........critique welcome

and some not so cloudy....... I took some pics today of this little male milksnake phase thayeri. I had never done this little guy justice in previous pics I had taken of him. And yes.... his colors are every bit that saturated. I updated my website and added this pic and a few others also.
Look below him too for some cool cloudy....sunny....sunset.... winter pics too.

Nice stuff.

The only comment I might make (I meant to make this about your last series) is that you might consider another rock for your snake shots.

The busy background takes away from the beauty of the snake. You should always try to make sure that you background doesn't draw the eye. Rocks are fine, but try to choose rocks with little "pattern".

Gorgeous snake, BTW.

I agree I'm looking for a nice grey granite with moss and/or lichen. I've got a better location for my new "studio" too.
