vet2010 Mar 08, 2007 02:05 AM

in my baby sulcatas hide box the humidity level is usually at a constant 50% or so, is this an ok level of humidity? since I read this is a very important factor in them being healthy want to make sure its right

In a humid hide the humdiity should be a lot higher, like 80-100%. Now if the box is the entire enclosure you are referring to, then 50% is fine as long as it also has a hide or two with higher humidity.
