Growth rate of a beaded lizard

Kevin Earley Mar 12, 2007 06:18 PM

Here is an idea of just how big a yearling beaded lizard can be. Just like gila monsters, they grow incredibly fast in their first 2 years if fed regularly.

This is a Heloderma h. exasperatum that I aquired last year as a hatchling from Steve Angeli of Horridum Angeli reptiles.

After years of breeding and raising gilas it is really cool raising their bigger cousins to the south.

Enjoy

I agree. I too got some nice looking Beadeds from Steve last year and they are doing well and growing fast.
