I have 2.2 russian tortoises and have noticed that in the past few months one of my females has been displaying male breeding behaviors. She will mount all three other tortoises while letting out small grunts. Is this normal behavior for a female tortoise?

it is dominance behavior sometimes indicating imminent egg delivery
