Red Foot Makes funny NOISE

JCurzi85 Mar 21, 2007 09:30 PM

I have a baby red foot that is almost a year old, and when i let him soak he makes weird noises, and pulls his head in to his shell, and has bubbles coming from his noise. He only does this when i soak him, other wise he is fine. Just want to know if that is normal

My sulcata is nearly 70lbs, she does that too when she soaks.
More than likely what you're hearing & seeing is normal..
They don't open their mouths to drink they suck water up through their noses then squirt out the excess.
