Take a fecal sample to a vet and find out. Even captive bred animals can carry internal parasites, infact a small amount of some are normal. Once the animal is stressed for some reason (like moving to a new home) the parasites have the opportunity to grow beyond the bodies ability to keep them in check and we need to intervene with some dewormer.
