Sexing pipa pipas

Hello I have fifteen pipas that I bought from a wholesaler and I was wondering is there any way to sex these cool frogs....I have been doing some reserch but cant find any good info on sexing them.....I know i might have one female because i can see round dots on its back from a previous cluch of young...(I a guessing)
