My CWD began shedding about two weeks ago and there is still a section on the base of her tail and left leg. She is soaking in her water and it doesn't seem to be coming up. What can I do?

Leave it alone and wait. You could try gently rubbing it to see if it's ready to come off, but chances are your dragon's just taking a while to shed. It happens! Just make sure you don't actually try to peel it off if it doesn't come off easily. You could damage the scales that are developing underneath.
good luck!
