Boiga morphs

Sharkman20 Apr 10, 2007 12:46 AM

I found this old yahoo forum post that was talking about an albino mangrove snake and there was a link to it, but it's long since been deleted. Someone also talked about one that had redish orange bands in place of yellow. I know there's a white variation but all the pictures I've ever seen of the white phase are blurry and small. Anyone have a good picture of a white phase dendro?

It got me thinking though that I've never seen any sort of color morph for not only dendrophila, but any boiga species. Has anyone ever seen any albinos, hypos, etc for any of the boigas? You'd think someone must have found one by now.

In the 'Colubrids' section of Venomdoc there is a picture of an albino Boiga cynodon.
