Please tell me all that can be said about my lizard. Is it a male or female. What country it is from? I bought it in December when it was about 4-6 months old, does it look developmentally on track. Is my new setup from him/her appropriate?

Nice pics. I would change out the fake vine stuff for something that is wider than the animal. This would be more comfortable for it. I bet that cage is fun to clean.... Good looking animal.
